API documentation

Will API documentation be improved during the contest? It's great that the APIs are available, but will there be any improvements in the docs so the APIs are easier to use?

For example, there is good documentation for the ScienceBase data: https://www.sciencebase.gov/confluence/display/sciencebase/Creating+Queries+for+ScienceBase#CreatingQueriesforScienceBase-Example

But if you click on "API reference" in the top right on this page (http://gis1.usgs.gov/arcgis/rest/services/nvcp) it errors out.

    Scott,
    The API documentation at: http://gis1.usgs.gov/arcgis/rest/services/nvcp has been relinked so you can get ESRI's API documentation. In general, all our in-house API program documentation will continue to be built upon, and please let us know if you have any other issues.

    Thanks, good API docs could really help attract developers.
