How do I access data for the Vegetation Characterization Program

The data is available for download per park at http://www.usgs.gov/core_science_systems/csas/vip/products.html, and there are REST services for approximately 55 of the 140 national parks that have been inventoried and we have data for at http://gis1.usgs.gov/arcgis/rest/services/nvcp, with more being added periodically.
